Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

  3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, melted butter, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and baking powder until you achieve a crumbly texture.
Assembling
  1. Layer the peach mixture evenly in a suitable pan.

Cooking
  1. Place the pan in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
