Assembling
- Layer the peach mixture evenly in a suitable pan.
- Sprinkle the crumbly topping generously over the layer of peaches.
Cooking
- Place the pan in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
- Remove the cobbler from the smoker and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
