Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Air fry the potatoes for 16–18 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
  4. While the potatoes fry, heat a skillet over medium-low heat with a little olive oil.
  5. Add diced onions and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until they soften and turn golden.
  6. Remove onions from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking
  1. Increase the heat to medium-high and add ground beef to the skillet.
  2. Break up the meat while pressing it into the pan to achieve crispy edges.
  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes or until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper, draining excess fat if needed.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
Assembly
  1. To assemble, add crispy potatoes to bowls, topping with beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese.
  2. Drizzle with the special sauce and finish with lettuce and optional toppings.
