Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and sesame oil to make the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into a resealable plastic bag or dish, then pour the marinade over them. Seal and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. After marinating, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until it’s cooked through and the juices run clear.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled chicken alongside steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
