Preparation

Cheesecake Filling
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth to create the cheesecake filling.
Assembly
- Spoon a tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten it in your palm. Place a small dollop of the cheesecake filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and roll it into a ball.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
