Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the blueberries well and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mash about half of the blueberries with a fork, leaving the rest whole.
  3. Stir in 4 tablespoons of maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
  4. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to release juices.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Whisk together water or milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
Mixing
  1. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  2. Add the blueberry mixture on top of the oats and fold gently.
Refrigeration
  1. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  2. In the morning, give the oats a good stir before serving.
